Affiliate Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Manifestor Pro (referred to as "Company") and the Affiliate (referred to as "Affiliate") participating in the Manifestor Pro Affiliate Program. By joining the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Commission Plan:
- The Affiliate will receive a commission of 15% on each sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Additionally, the Affiliate will earn a commission of 5% for level one referrals, 3% for level two referrals, and 2% for level three referrals.
- This commission plan applies exclusively to affiliates based in the United Kingdom (UK).
2. Payment Schedule:
- Commissions will be paid out monthly between the 15th and 20th of the month.
- Payment will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer, based on the Affiliate's preference.
- The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring accurate payment settings are provided in their account settings.
- In case of missing or incorrect payment details, the Affiliate's payment will be put on hold until accurate information is provided.
3. Refunds and Commissions:
- If a customer requests a refund for a transaction in which the Affiliate has earned commissions, the commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's balance.
4. Defamation:
- Affiliates must agree not to engage in any activities that could bring the Company into disrepute or cause harm to its reputation.
- The Affiliate should refrain from making any defamatory statements about the Company, its products, or its affiliates.
5. Account Cancellation:
- The Company reserves the right to cancel an Affiliate's account at its discretion, without prior notice or reason.
- Upon account cancellation, the Affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned.
6. Contact:
- For any inquiries or support regarding the Affiliate Program, Affiliates can reach out to support@manifestorpro.com.
By participating in the Manifestor Pro Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to regularly review the terms and conditions for any changes.
By joining the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
